International Medical Corps’ mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities that build local capacity in areas where few organizations dare to serve.

Project background
International Medical Corps is anticipating a UNICEF funded nutrition emergency response project to cover Tsholotsho and Gwanda districts. The project focus is on improving the nutritional status of children under five at risk and pregnant and lactating women through strengthened integrated management of acute malnutrition and improved caring practices in Tsholotsho and Gwanda districts. International Medical Corps is therefore seeking qualified candidates for this project.  The positions are contingent upon funding being received from the donor. The incumbents will be based in the targeted areas of operation and will be working closely with Ministry of Health and Child Care in implementation of activities.

Vehicle maintenance and checks; Driving program staff during field visits; Any other duties as assigned

Candidate qualifications
A clean class four driver’s license; Defensive driving certificate; Be a qualified mechanic and at least 4 years’ experience working for a humanitarian organization
