CARE International in Zimbabwe is recruiting for the Improving Agriculture Production and Access to WASH for Droughts Affected Populations (OFDA) project in Chivi, Bikita and Zaka districts. Job summary
The incumbents will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of OFDA project activities.

Key duties and responsibilities
Assisting in planning and organizing training schedules for external stakeholders; Assisting in community mobilization and sensitization; Assisting in beneficiary identification and registration for the project; Conducting record keeping and filing of relevant project documents at the district; Assisting in the preparation and submission of progress reports To the Project Manager; Organizing and facilitating community level meetings; Receiving feedback from the community on the project activities

Qualifications, skills and experience
Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Natural Resources Management/Development Studies; 1 year work related learning experience in the relevant field; Ability to work under strenuous conditions; Excellent report writing skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
