To assist Oasis Zimbabwe’s partner Early Childhood Development centres, their staff and caregivers to improve livelihoods and sustainably care for children through implementing Economic Strengthening Activities,
Assist the Project Co-ordinator to develop and review monthly plans and priorities in line with the approved work plans; Monitor research findings, policy guidance, and innovative approaches related to cooperative development and savings groups, to apply these lessons to the program; Coordinate field related activities, trainings, and other workshops for the ES Team; Conduct regular field visits to program sites to monitor ES activities, and work with relevant staff to address gaps or delays; Coordinate the production of timely reports to track performance and progress, according to PSP procedures and templates; Provide information to the PSP team for monthly, quarterly and annual reports,
Qualifications and experience
The person should be holder of a first degree in Social Work with not less than two years of practising; An extensive experience in planning and delivering ES activities; Strong analytical and written communication skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong information technology skills, including MS Word, Excel, SAVIX and PowerPoint; Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, and balance work within a team; Experience of working on USAID-funded projects , casework and possession of a class 4 Drivers licence
