CARE International in Zimbabwe is recruiting for an emergency cash transfer project targeting food insecure areas of Masvingo and Midlands provinces. Job summary
The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant will be responsible for carrying out Monitoring and Evaluation activities at District level for the Cash Transfer Project.

Key duties and responsibilities
Developing project M&E activity plans and submitting to Field Supervisor; Participating in monitoring and evaluation assessments; Collecting data through focus group discussions, key informants and household respondents; Compiling and cleaning data (qualitative and quantitative data) for survey assessments; Training enumerators on data collection tools; Administering the project indicator performance tracking tool; Compiling district M&E reports and submitting to the Field Supervisor

Qualifications, skills and experience
Diploma in Development Studies/Social Sciences/Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent; 2 years working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or other related field; Excellent communication and report writing skills; Good interpersonal skills
