Qualifications & Skills
?A business degree or relevant professional qualification
?At least 3 years sales experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
?Energetic and a self-starter
?Enterprising and innovative
?Ability to communicate at multiple levels
?A clean class four driver’s license
?Computer literacy and knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
?Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems is an added advantage

Specific Responsibilities:
?Driving the sales volume, sales value, market share and profitability objectives in a defined sales area by championing the execution of activities stipulated in the marketing plan
?Formulating, implementing and reviewing marketing strategies for the sales territory
?Manage the key account and all debtors
?New business development
?Channel management within the sales area
?Market intelligence gathering and reporting
?Managing the budgets for the allocated sales territory
?Compilation of periodic sales reports for management decision making
?Ensuring adherence to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in place
?The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Sales Manager, and will be responsible for implementing the company’s marketing plan for the specific account.
?Starting salary: $560.00 plus commission negotiable plus company car
