UZ-UCSF Collaborative Research Programme is seeking a suitably trained, qualified, competent, talented and multi-tasking Pharmacist to take part in a Clinical Research Project under the Program.
Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours Degree; Registration with the Pharmacist Council of Zimbabwe and the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe; At least 2-3 years post graduate experience; Background experience working in a Research setting will be an added advantage
Continuous supervision of the research site pharmacy and maintaining compliance of the pharmacy with our Sponsor and MCAZ requirements; Supply chain management of the study products and primary care drugs used in the clinical trials; Maintenance of study product records, pharmacy records and all the essential documents during the conduct of the study; Dispense study products and/or primary care drugs; Conduct quality control and review of all pharmacy related data forms and records; Should be willing to undergo training in research on drug related issues in the area of Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS; Actively participate in writing in-house developed scientific abstracts and manuscripts.
