    • Related degree
    • 3 years’ managerial experience
    • Experience in managing a workshop and logistics

    • Technical Services
      • Providing leadership to the technical team
      • Planning and scheduling work for the division
      • Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
      • Management of quality service delivery to our clients
    • Parts and Stores
      • Overseeing the stores and logistics function of the division
      • Ensuring that effective stock control procedures are maintained
    • Finance
      • Enforcing adherence proper accounting policies and procedures
      • Ensuring proper costing systems are maintained
    • Commercial
      • Customer relationship management
      • New business development
    • People management
      • Managing employee performance
      • Motivating staff and cultivating a high performance culture
      • Ensuring the division is adequately resourced with relevant skills and competencies
    • SHEQ management
      • Developing and implementing SHEQ policy
      • Ensuring compliance with all SHEQ laws and regulations
    • General workshop management
      • Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Are
      • Budgeting and cost control for the division
      • Reporting performance to directors
