MANAGER- RESTAURANT (Zambia based)

 

Education and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality  or equivalent
  • 3years Experience and Knowledge
  • Can demonstrate suitable experience in the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Experience of stock management or financial management.
  • Can demonstrate experience in the implementation of health & safety policies.
  • Formal catering or hospitality qualification

 

Ability and Skills

  • Demonstrate excellent organisational ability.
  • Able to prioritise workload.
  • Able to work to deadlines and achieve them.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work as an effective team member.
  • Able to relate to a wide variety of people in a friendly, calm and professional manner.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
