Education and Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent
- 3years Experience and Knowledge
- Can demonstrate suitable experience in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Experience of stock management or financial management.
- Can demonstrate experience in the implementation of health & safety policies.
- Formal catering or hospitality qualification
