ACF is a registered charity, founded in 1979. Action Contre la Faim operates in 23 countries. The international network of Action Contre la Faim is represented in Paris, London, Madrid, New York and Montreal. Teams in the field combat hunger on four fronts: nutrition, food security, health, water and sanitation.

Action Contre La Faim Zimbabwe seeks to fill this vacancy for a Food Assistance Project based on voucher distribution in Mberengwa together with Nutrition trainings conducted by a Local Partner.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Log Admin Officer is expected to have an understanding and knowledge of the Administration function in the Humanitarian context.

Main objectives
Supervise the base’s logistics – Supply chain management – Security – Fleet management; Base Financial management – Cash payments and advances – Budget management; Base Human Resources processes management – Staff welfare – Leave management

Level of studies and experience
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Logistics/ Admin/ Finance with a at least of 2-5 years professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility in administration and logistics management; Proven work experience with an INGO

Required skills
Excellent team skills; and able to work discretely and professionally with sensitive and confidential information; Works collaboratively with team members to achieve results; Remains productive when under pressure.
