Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving attending and referring visitors to the Senor Office Bearers;
  • Typing, photocopying and filing documents. and processing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Arrange/schedule appointment Board meetings; and
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Office Bearers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma/ Higher National Diploma in Secretarial studies,/ Administration or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in secretarial or another related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
