Requirements
• 5 O’levels, including English.
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
• Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide high standard customer service.




Responsibilities:
• Writing legal documents such as:
° Summonses
° Motions
° Subpoenas
• Conducting research
• Reading legal articles
• Secretarial duties, that might include answering phones and email, filing, creating and maintaining schedules for lawyers, ordering supplies, copying, faxing and maintaining the office.
