Duties And Responsibilities
• Explains all services offered by the organisation to enable the client to make an
informed decision on the required service and time taken.
• Screens, registers clients and generates client records
• Maintains orderly client flow making sure that clients waiting time is minimum.
• Provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensures that all waiting areas have adequate reading materials, sitting chairs,
refreshments and entertainment.
• Receives all incoming and outgoing mail and distributes to the designated office
timeously.
• Takes minutes at every meeting held at the Site, types and distributes minutes
• Enters client information in the online system and manual register.
• Compiles daily statistics templates for data verification from outreach activities for all
programmes.
• Ensures that client data is correctly entered for each client and that it tallies with other
site records.




Qualifications And Experience
• 5 ”O” levels including English and Mathematics.
• Receptionist/Secretarial diploma
• 2 years working experience
• Knowledge of office management skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and computer skills
