Receptionist/ Administration Assistant

PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • Providing a professional and efficient service to visitors whilst presenting an excellent corporate image by virtue of being the first port of call of the company.
  • Processing requests from visitors and service providers , undertake secretarial duties for the administration department.
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times.
  • Receive mail and ensure it is directed to the relevant departments promptly.
  • Attending to visitors and maintaining decorum and good quality communication between the company and visitors.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Administration department.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES




  • A diploma in secretarial studies, Office administration, Office management.
  • Computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Public relations qualification is an added advantage.
