Production of Transitional Justice Annual Report

The report will focus on knowledge building, having as its objective the provision of an annual basis for mutual monitoring and learning between the implementing organisation and its stakeholders.

The Opportunity
The organisation is seeking the services of a well experienced Consultant to draft an annual report for its transitional justice projects implemented in 2019. The Consultant will be expected to use the information collected from activity reports and other sources, including engagement with stakeholder organisations that the organisation works with, to develop the annual report for 2019.

The successful consultant must have the following qualifications; good knowledge of Human Rights/Transitional justice/Peace building approaches to programming; proven working experience in the design, management, evaluation and documentation of development projects particularly in carrying out monitoring and evaluation for transitional justice programmes; experience in theory- based evaluation/ documentation preferable; and proven experience in research and writing in transitional justice/peace building/human rights issues (publications preferable).
