  1. Interfacing between organisation and client
  2. Building long-term relationships with key clients.
  3. Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  4. Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
  5. Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  6. Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  7. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  8. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  9. Helping sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  10. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  11. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  12. Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  13. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs



  • A bachelor’s diploma or degree in Customer Service, Administration, Social Sciences or in a related field.



  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
