 Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
 Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
 Check freshness of food and ingredients
 Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
 Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standard

Job Requirements

  1. Certificate in Food and Nutrition; Hotel and Catering or equivalent

  3. Minimum experience (1 year)
