Our client seeks to appoint an Estate Manager to direct and control the daily operations of the Estate.

The Estate is well established and has achieved a respected export status.

You are expected to lead a small management team with a work force of 300 plus in high season.

Functioning as Leader and Strategic Planner and Advisor to Board of Directors.

Mapping long & short term fruit and Agribusiness growth strategy, production, processing and marketing of fresh & processed products through established clients.

Management of the Estate – from A – Z including housekeeping to project management
Preparation of the annual budget ensuring its complete review and implementation.
Overseeing the complete supply chain from farm to consumer end by setting up of international quality standards and coordinating with Head Office in Harare

Financial – Operation – Technical and HR management across the Estate
Fruit and small crop plantation, production, processing for local and export markets.

Maintenance and harvesting of Fruits and cash crops – Potatoes/Carrots/other ensuring crop rotation for annual market demand is implemented
International quality standards for farm and processing units- HACCP etc

You must be a seasoned Estate Manager with knowledge of fruit orchard – horticultural and general cropping management experience.
