·    Strong alignment of business agenda and strategic people agenda
·    Champion implementation of Performance Management System
·    Provide right people strategic interventions
·    Prioritise and mitigate known people risks impacting business agenda delivery
·    Ensure increased proficiency of line managers to use HR products and tools
·    Lead H.R team  to deliver strategic people agenda priorities
·    Ensure Strategic direction and framework of People products are clearly understood by all levels of business partners
·    HR products are clearly measured through the use of structured metrics and benchmarking
·    Develop and implement Talent Management strategies
·    Ensure adequate resourcing with the right caliber of staff
·    Employee Relations
·    Manage the business successfully through key organisational changes


·    Social Science Degree plus IPMZ Diploma, MBA an added advantage
·    At least 10 year experience
·    At most 45 years of age
·    Financial Services experience an added advantage
