The role reports to the Human Resources Director and leads the HR function across a large work force.
Our client is a blue chip client part of an international group. We are mandated ONLY to offer applicants who have worked outside Zimbabwe today or for a period on secondment, or up to three years back, across the regional or international HR market. Our client wishes to infuse their local HR policy and procedures with modern and new ideas driven by international standards. You must have a track record as an HR Partner at a middle or managerial level. The role has a good career path and allows for future growth. The reporting structure is tight and you are expected to develop local HR and training policies with the influence and guidelines set out by the group’s HQ based in Europe. Some travel is expected. Our client is highly respected across their specialised industry.
