The person must have more than 5 years hands on experience as an HR practitioner and conversant with the recent labour law changes.
A related degree is a pre-requisite, a drivers licence, 3 traceable references and available to start in the month of October 2016.
Key competencies: Recruitment and Personnel File Management, Day to day HR Management, Disciplinary procedures handling and Payroll Processing.
The package is commensurate with the market and the person’s qualifications and experience.
