Human Resources Consultant
Restless Development Zimbabwe is taking up the position as national banner carrier for youth-led development; demonstrating at local and national levels that young people can and must lead development. We are looking for a consultant to look at our national policies and ensure that the organisation has policies that are in line with our labour laws.
The consultant will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
• Review and amend into final document our Human Resources Policy
• Review and amend into final document our staff contract
• Review and amend into final documents our staff code of conduct
It is expected that the consultant gives a report for this process as well as explanation on why changes need to be made before going ahead to make these changes.
Submit an Expression Of Interest with a budget for this piece of work.
We expect that this is done and completed by 30th April 2016.
