The incumbent will be responsible for providing Human Resources support to the country office in line with CARE International in Zimbabwe standards.
Key duties and responsibilities
Providing support to the recruitment process; Planning, facilitating and co-ordinating induction of newly engaged staff; Creating and updating staff files; Maintaining and updating leave plans for all project staff on a monthly basis; Processing staff contracts; Carrying out Human Resources administrative functions
Minimum qualifications, skills and experience
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent; 2 – 3 years working experience in Human Resources Management; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Flexibility to travel to field offices occasionally; Ability to handle high levels of pressure; NGO background is an added advantage.
