MONITORING AND EVALUATION MANAGER

Qualifications Professional Knowledge and Experience

  1. A university degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, economics or related field.
  2. At least 3 years work experience in planning processes, performance management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building in large governmental or international organization.
  3. Excellent command of spoken and written English

DIRECTOR MARKETING

Marketing Director Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A degree in Marketing or Economics or Business Studies or equivalent is a requirement.
  2. A professional qualification in marketing e.g. CIM/MMI is a requirement.
  3. A minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Head of a Marketing Department/Division.
  4. A Masters qualification such a MCOM/MBA/MBL with Marketing as a major is a requirement.
  5. Demonstrable skills/capabilities in Client and Inter-personal Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Self-Motivation, Marketing Plan, Subordinate Involvement, Customer Focus, Marketing Research, Statistical Analysis, Developing Budgets, Financial Planning and Strategy are critical.
  6. An understanding of the petroleum sector in Zimbabwe and internationally is an advantage.
