Finance Analyst AP
1. Vendor master data management: new vendors, changes to vendor details, blocking of inactive vendors, setting payment terms in line with the company policies and procedures
2. Ensure all Invoices are scanned within 24 hrs of delivery by Receiving Clerks and any queries / rejections addressed promptly.
3. Ensure all invoices submitted are appropriately authorized by the budget holder, comply with the 3 way match and are paid in line with approved company policies and procedures.
4. Ensure that payments represent a reasonable and valid claim against the company
5. Reconcile all suppliers’ accounts against supplier statements and ensure reconciling items are cleared effectively.
6. Ensure all long outstanding reconciling items are cleared/resolved
7. Ensure BAT Zimbabwe is dealing with preferred suppliers unless a waiver received for otherwise
8. Proactive and cordial engagement of suppliers on invoice payment status
9. Monitor and drive resolution of negative KPIs as per Transactional Procurement reports and Paid on Time KPIs.
10. Liaising with BASSE to ensure Supplier & Payment queries are addressed effectively. 
   Certificate / Diploma in Finance or related field
 2 years experience at a similar level
Computer Literacy ( i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowldege of SAP
