Female Presenter Wanted for Lead Role in Tech Show

We’re after a confident talented female presenter with bag-fulls of personality to host a new show based around technology gadgets and everything related to the latest broadband developments in Zimbabwe. This is a great opportunity for someone to build up their portfolio and gain both presenting experience and exposure.

The show’s format will be a bi-weekly 3-7 minute entity to be broadcast online (via YouTube), where you (with the help of us) would review four interesting gadgets broadband deals and so on. We’re looking to get guests each month from the tech community, who will feature alongside you and help out reviewing certain gadgets. We will base the show in a studio in Harare.

You’ll be working with our team to present a digital news show focusing on digital communication, from new products, apps and services to the technology behind new trends and changes in digital platforms. Other responsibilities may include joining in on podcasts, interviews, at events, and voice over work.

How To Apply – please read carefully.

Send us a 30 second (minimum) clip of yourself talking about a gadget that you own. It can be anything. The quality of the video recording is NOT important – webcam, Huawei, it doesn’t matter.

What does matter is that we get an idea of your presenting style and your personality. Feel free to inject the video with some kind of creativity – consider it an open brief. Play around with the ‘presentation’ if you’d like, have a bit of fun.

If you have show reels, feel free to send links to those too, or other previous work that you may have done.

Please also include your expected daily rate for presenting.

Please email your video, any links, with a few words about yourself to hello@mibroadband.co.zw or if you are data stingy then alternatively you can send it to via Whatsapp to +263 735 592 894

Closing Date for Submission: 12 August 2016 @1700 hrs

(Note attention to detail is important to us, any applications without a CV, video and day rate will automatically be denied).
