1. Stock Controller x 3
Job Function
– Daily stock Counting & Reconciliations
– Compilation of daily stock received
– Issuing Stocks

Qualifications
– Diploma in Stores Management /Purchasing & Supply / Accounting
– 5 O’ levels including English / Mathematics
– Minimum of three years’ experience in the fast foods industry
– Very good with Microsoft Office packages

2. Cashiers X 10

Job Function
– Collects cashpayments.
– Welcome customers and provide assistance
– Maintains safe and clean working environment
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
– Provide product pricing information

Qualifications
– 5 O’  level including English and Mathematics
– Hospitality Certificate / Diploma
– 22 years and below
– Minimum of 6 months experience in the fast foods industry
– Microsoft office packages

3. SHOP SUPERVISOR X 3

Job Function
– Welcome customers, provide assistance and respond to their concerns.
– Ensure merchandise are properly displayed, stocked and labelled
– Supervising staff
– Making sure there is safe and clean working environment

Qualifications
– 5 O; level including English and mathematics
– Hospitality Diploma
– Minimum of 1 year experience as a Supervisor in the fast foods
industry
– Microsoft office packages

4. CONFECTIONER/BAKER x 3

Job Function
– Mix & Bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cakes. Pies, pastries or other baked goods.
– Check products for quality and identity damaged and expired goods
– Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods

Qualifications
– 5 O; level including English and mathematics/Accounts
– Certificate/Diploma in Baking
– Minimum of 1 year work experience as Confectioner in the fast foods
industry
– Microsoft Office packages.

5. KITCHEN CHEF x 3

Job Function
– Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
– Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
– Responsible for overseeing the operation of a kitchen
– Prepare order and maintain inventory of food
– Ensure food is stored properly
– Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

Qualifications
– 5 O ; level including English and Mathematics/Accounts
– Hospitality Diploma
– Minimum of 1 year work experience as Kitchen Chef in the fast food
industry.
– Microsoft office Packages
