We are looking for a new Compliance Coordinator who will enable programme and project management staff and senior leadership teams to use our counter fraud strategy and tools to support effective programme, business and risk management.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead effectively to deliver on these objectives in concert with a wide range of internal business functions (programme funding, finance, logistics, human resources, audit, legal, and programmes) and external stakeholders (donors, partners, and other affiliates).
The Compliance Coordinator will be expected to work seamlessly with country, regional, and head office teams using both face to face and remote communications. The successful candidate will possess significant experience in compliance, legal requirements, risk mitigation, investigation and training; possess a high degree of professional integrity; and most importantly, will share our passion for eliminating the injustice of poverty around the world.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with country directors to enable trust to ensure effective oversight and compliance for the organisation while enabling the country director to deliver on their responsibilities.
