Sales Reps

The ideal candidates will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations. Our main target market is the Civil Service Sector.

– Basic salary to be review every 3 months in line with the inflation & performance

– 7.5% commission of the retail/COD price excluding VAT

– All sales reps able to consistently deliver 50 SHS sales per month, for 4 consecutive months will get a car to be used for company business during the day. Valid driver’s license & driving experience is necessary.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business

• Service existing clients

• Effectively demonstrate product line

• Meet established goals for territory development and sales targets.

Qualifications And Experience

• Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field.

• 2+ years’ experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success

• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
