Job Description: Production of meals, stock control, menu planning, food presentation techniques, maintain hygiene standards, training and managing kitchen staff, monitor staff performance, direct and coordinate resources.

Candidate Specification: Degree/HND Professional Cookery, Class 1 Journey man, Min 5 years’ experience in fine dining and upmarket experience at that level, Training back ground, computer literacy, Menu planning and costing, Financial acumen, Computer literacy, Admin and People skills, Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
